Introducing the Mental Health First Aid Kit—an internal campaign encouraging employees to treat mental health like their physical health. Rather than gauze and antiseptics, the box contains Headspace subscriptions, contact cards for agency mental health first-aiders, and coffee shop vouchers for supportive talks.

The supporting poster campaign reminded the agency what wellness really means.

In a staff survey, 91% found the Mental Health First Aid Kit campaign helpful in understanding our agency's Wellness program, with 88% feeling more assured about the agency's concern for their emotional well-being. The campaign details are now shared with other MISSION Group agencies interested in replicating its success.
